The Egyptian junior handball team is waiting for a big match against its German counterpart on Sunday evening in the final of the World Junior Handball Championship in Macedonia.
The men of the Pharaohs handball, aim to continue making history and achieve the dream of defeating the Germans, and won the title of the World Cup and delight the Egyptian people in their eighth participation in the World Cup wedding for this age group.
Egypt qualified for the final match for the first time in the history of their participation, after overcoming the obstacle of Portugal with a score of 41-36 in the semi-finals, amid a distinguished presence of the Pharaohs Battalion throughout the meeting, and an indescribable joy for all Egyptians after passing the final.
The Egyptian team did not lose throughout the current version of the junior World Cup, only in one match at the hands of France, and topped his group with four victories against Hungary, Canada, Taiwan, Sweden and one loss, before beating Slovenia (30-23) in the last 16, then Iceland (35). -31) quarter-final, and Portugal (41-36) semi-final.
While the German team managed to beat Denmark in the other semi-final result of 31-23, to strike a date with the Pharaohs in the World Cup final under 19 years, note that it is the first time that the Germans also qualify for the final in the history of his participation in this tournament.
