Recall that the docking of the Soyuz MS-14 with the ISS was to take place on August 24 at 8:30 Moscow time. The spacecraft should approach the research module "Search" in automatic mode. The process should be controlled by the employees of the Mission Control Center and the Russian crew members of the station.
By 9:00 Moscow time, the ship was at a distance of about 300 meters from the International Space Station. At 9:15, space industry experts held a meeting on a second docking attempt. In connection with an emergency situation, the head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin will come to the MCC.
The ship with the Fedor robot was launched from Baikonur on the morning of August 22.
During the launch, “Fedor” uttered the famous phrase of Yuri Gagarin: “Let's go!”.
