R.B. * (57) attacked his wife Alma B. * († 38) and her sister Ilda F. * († 31) in Hausen AG at the beginning of 2018 with a knife. The two women had no chance and still died in the apartment. The murder weapon, a knife, could be secured at the scene. When the police came, the Kosovar was arrested.
For the double murder, R.B. 20 years in prison. To this end, the public prosecutor’s office in Brugg-Zurzach is demanding a 15-year reprimand. The killer sees himself as a victim, alleging that he acted in self-defense.
The perpetrator suffers from depressive disorder
According to its own statements, the public prosecutor’s office on Monday is assuming that the offense has changed and will not comment on the background of the offense until the main hearing.
The psychiatric report commissioned by the public prosecutor concludes that R.B. has a depressive disorder. The public prosecutor therefore requests an outpatient measure to accompany the prison sentence in addition to the 20-year sentence. The accused is in early prison. The charges are pending at the Brugg District Court.
Kosovare was known to the police
Before the bloody deed, the Kosovar was already on record with the authorities because of domestic violence. His wife Alma B. filed a complaint against R. B. in January 2017. After two days in prison, it was decided that the husband was not allowed to approach the apartments together for two weeks. The wife subsequently withdrew her complaint, which is why the public prosecutor closed the proceedings in September 2017.
Has been for 18 years
