Vitamin A is found in potatoes, carrots, spinach, eggs and dairy, said the Drug Information Center of the Central Department of Pharmacy at the Ministry of Health and Population.

Vitamin deficiency in the body causes eye problems, vision, growth retardation, weakened immunity, acne, dry hair and skin, the Drug Information Center said.

The Drug Information Center added that the damage caused by an increase in the body causes stomach ulcers and congenital defects of the fetuses and cirrhosis of the liver and followed the allowable quantities for men 900 micrograms and for women 700 micrograms and pregnant 770 micrograms and breastfeeding 1300 micrograms.

He called the Drug Information Center to make sure to take the quantities specified and follow up and review the doctor.
