Free continues to deploy fiber offerings throughout France. After the Grand-Est (Rosette) and Auvergne in July or again the Vaucluse and then the Channel there is little, the operator of Xavier Niel officializes his arrival in Sarthe, department of Pays de la Loire.
Good news follows one another. Free today officially launches its fiber offerings on the RIP Sarthe Numérique, an arrival that had already been noticed a few days ago. The operator Xavier Niel "confirms its commitment to the deployment of the Fiber throughout the territory and its willingness to be present on the RIP," he said in a statement.
In detail, Free explains that its offers are now reaching 17,000 homes in more than 50 municipalities. By November, a second phase of opening is planned for 24,000 additional dwellings in the two departments. The Fibre Free offer will also be available on all areas currently being rolled out by the public initiative network. All households served by Sarthe Numérique will be eligible for Fibre Free.
In the Sarthe, 72,000 homes are already eligible for the AMII areas of the department, thus increasing the number of homes that can benefit from the fiber Free has more than 100,000.
