The French Championships in Loire Atlantique in 2019
The French Road Cycling Championships will be held in Loire Atlantique in 2019, in the heart of the Nantes hills.
The French Cycling Federation and the National Cycling League have formalized this day the organization of 2019 French Road Cycling Championships , in the territory of the Community of agglomeration CLISSON SÈVRE ET MAINE.
The 2019 French cycling championships will take place from Thursday 27 to Sunday, June 30, 2019 in the municipality of La Haye-Fouassière, located 15 km southeast of Nantes.
The different events will be held on selective routes through the beautiful slopes of the vineyards of Nantes.
The Departmental Council of Loire-Atlantique, the Pays de la Loire Region, Nantes Métropole, Clisson Sèvre and Maine Agglomeration Community, have been closely involved in the design and organization of this event with significant economic benefits.
The Haye-Fouassière has in the past been the scene of the Classic Loire-Atlantique and the start of a stage of the Tour de France 1988. These National Championships will be a great first for the Loire-Atlantique department and its wine region.
